Join Master Frank Allen for a weekend introduction to Classical Cheng Style Bagua Zhang in Brighton

Learn Bagua in Brighton with Frank Allen. This workshop will focus on the yin/yang foundations of the art of Ba Gua Zhang through the movements, energies, techniques and cultural correlations of the Single Palm Change & The Double Palm Change.  Students will learn how the projected Yang Power of The single Palm Change is the Balance to the subtle, coiling Yin Absorption and Redirection Flow of The Double Palm Change through the movements, energy flow patterns, martial techniques and relationships to both the I Ching & Taoist Meditation aspects of these foundation Palm Changes. This workshop will  deepen the knowledge of the foundations of Classical Cheng Style Ba Gua Zhang for practitioners of all levels while also presenting the perfect starting place for beginners in the art.
