Chen Style in Shoreham

I’d like to share with you classes soon to be held in Shoreham-by-Sea.  Instructor Derek Pavely teaches beginner students in Red Sand Palm qigong, Silk Reeling and 11 form as well as Daoyin stretches.

Classes will run on Thursday evenings from 8:30 – 9:30pm and costs £6 per lesson.

Classes will be on Shoreham Beach – Church of the Good Shepherd Hall.

It is a drop in class so no need to book.

Classes start from 16th February.
