Movement and stillness workshop for health, happiness & longevity
Each year instructor Nicola runs weekend workshops in autumn and winter that focus on relaxation of the mind and body and cultivation of internal energy. These workshops are a great way to take time out and learn effective techniques of active Qigong (movement) and passive Qigong (stillness) to help you relax, calm the mind, release physical tension and connect to your internal energy.
This workshop is open to all levels of students, absolute beginners are encouraged.
