Summary: This workshop focuses on female wellbeing, learning effective methods to calm the mind and strengthen the body. You will study medical Qigong with the unique female anatomy and Taoist meditation for health, happiness and longevity.
Medical Qigong: The set increases circulation, boosts immune system, lessens fatigue, nourishes the female organs/pelvic area, improves the function of the kidneys, digestion and liver, aids sexual health, helps strengthen bladder control, helps settle our nervous system, improves mental wellbeing, increases positive energy, balances hormones and emotions, eases menstrual pain and discomfort, aids menopause symptoms and provides support for fertility. Learn to balance your physical and emotional being through Qigong posture, breath and awareness combined with the ancient theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Meditation: Our seminar will complete with a guided meditation of the Taoist ‘Small Heavenly Cycle’ for greater clarity, calm and peace.
Level: Open to everyone, these methods are both gentle and powerful, making them accessible to women of all fitness levels, health conditions and ages.
