We are nearly ready to welcome the summer!  These forget-me-knots are going crazy in my garden, let’s hope we’ve a warm summer to come. Here is our May schedule of Tai Chi and Qigong classes with instructor Nicola. Please reserve your place in advance for all courses (some are on a wait list, please check with us first).  For our drop-in classes there is no need to book in advance.
