Would you like to learn healthy movements that can help you release tension, combat fatigue and improve your daily posture?
Shoulder health through Qigong and Tai Chi movements. Focusing on loosening, relaxing and softening our shoulders through posture, movement and breath. You will learn a variety of movements that take your shoulders through a complete range of motion. From warm up exercises to repetitive movements, the aim is to help your shoulders become more flexible and mobile, reducing physical tension and muscle stress.
Level: All levels of students from beginners upwards welcome.
