Coming up in 2015 there are a number of movement and stillness workshops on Saturdays in Faygate, on the outskirts of Horsham. These 3 hour seminars are a chance to develop your Tai Chi, Qigong and Taoist meditation practice in a friendly and supportive class.  Unless stated, all levels of students are welcome, new beginners are encouraged as well as seasoned students.

 

Saturday 28 February from 10.30am – 1.30pm
  • Push Hands Workshop
  • Tai Chi partner work, sensitivity training and posture testing.
  • Open to all students with 6 months Tai Chi experience
  • Duration: 3 hours

Saturday 7 March from 10.30am – 1.30pm
  • Celebrating Women’s Day 2015
  • Covering Earth Qigong for Women
  • This event is a collaboration of all Qigong for Women instructors globally, organised by our teacher Tina Zhang in NYC. We are joining together to celebrate Women’s Day 2015.

Saturday 18 April from 10.30am – 1.30pm
  • Nourish through Breath
  • A seminar delving into we breathe; from the stress to the relaxation response. Learn Buddhist and Taoist breathing methods and visualisations based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The focus is to nourish the mind and body through improved breath.

  • Open to all.
  • This workshop will focus on rehabilitation from sports injury using Tai Chi and Qigong to safely and powerfully help the body to strengthen and release.

  • This workshop will focus on improving shoulder health through qigong movements.

  • Stress Buster Workshop
  • Open to all.
  • Our annual festive workshop to de-stress, release, calm and breathe.
