Spring Beginner Tai Chi Courses

Coming in March we have a new beginner Tai Chi course starting in Horsham.  In our popular traditional Chen style Tai Chi course, you will learn the signature silk reeling movements and the foundations Tai Chi form. Sneak preview here.  Personally, instructor Nicola describes Chen style as energising relaxation in motion.
