Workshop Title: Tai Chi and Qigong for Sports Injury Rehab

Duration: 3 hours

Content: This workshop will focus on rehabilitation from sports injury using Tai Chi and Qigong to safely and powerfully help the body to strengthen and release.  With no impact, the unique coiling, expanding and compressing movements found in Tai Chi and Qigong, are a way to help the body rebuild and rejuvenate on a deep level after sports injury.  Focusing on core strength, opening the hip joints, releasing the lower back, strengthening the legs and aligning the spine correctly, you will learn powerful and effective methods to help you get back on track whilst in recovery.  Think Tai Chi and Qigong are easy physically and for old people….. think again.  Come along to our workshop and find out more.  Please note you are required to gain permission from your Doctor before attending our workshops.
