Beginner Qi Gong Classes West Sussex

Join our Qi Gong clases in Horsham for improved health and wellbeing.  Qi Gong draws on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with physical movement and deep breathing to aid mind and body.  Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese internal art practised for many years as an inner healing art.  Instructor Nicola provides Qi Gong tuition in:

Venue: Unitarian Church Hall, Worthing Road, Horsham

Duration: All Qi Gong courses are run over a 6 week term, it is possible to join at any time

Fee: £6 per class / £36 per term

Level: Everyone is welcome at our Qi Gong classes, people of any age*, physical condition or fitness level, and no previous experience of Qi Gong is necessary to take part.

Location: The Phoenix Centre, Forest School, Comptons Lane, Horsham, West Sussex, RH13 5NW

Directions: From Comptons Lane turn into the first entrance on the left into the Forest School, drive up the lane and the first school building on the left is the youth wing, turn left into the big car park after the youth wing.  The Phoenix Club is behind the Youth Wing.  When you are in the car park, look behind the youth wing to the left and the entrance is facing you.  There is a sign above the door saying ‘The Phoenix Centre’. It is tucked away and can be tricky to find.  Please call Nicola on 07534 703077 if lost on the day.

Parking: If the school gates are open, parking is in the car park just by the centre.  If the school gates are shut, please park on the street.

Venue: Unitarian Church Hall, Worthing Road, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1SL

Unitarian Church Hall Directions: On Worthing Road, opposite Horsham Library and the main Bus Station. Walk round the church on the path to the right hand side to the hall door at the rear.

Unitarian Church Hall Parking: Disabled access parking is in the church car park through the argos delivery yard.
