Beginner Tai Chi Classes in Horsham Town

Tai Chi classes and workshops are open to everyone.  The Tai Chi syllabus covers the Chen style; Tai Chi Foundations, Tai Chi Chen 11 Form and the first 15 movements of the Tai Chi Laojia form. On each course you will cover Chen warm ups, Standing practice, Qi gong breathing, Silk reeling energy, Tai Chi principles and the form.  Instructor Nicola will work with you giving individual guidance and advice on Tai chi posture and alignment.

No Classes:  16 May

*** There will be an open training session for all levels on Wednesday 16 May at 7.30pm***

Duration: All Tai Chi courses run over a 6 week term

Fee: £6 per class / £36 per term

Booking: Please book your place in advance, it is possible to join the class at any time

Payment Method: Cash on the day (please bring the correct change) or Paypal in advance

Age: Classes are suitable for any age above 18 years old*

Fitness: Everyone welcome no matter fitness level or physical condition

Horsham Guide Hall Directions:  As you come down Denne Road from the town centre, go past Drill Hall and the entrance to Duke’s Square on your left. Look on the right hand side for the Guide Hall which has a full expanse of windows and is set back from the road.

Horsham Guide Hall Parking: Meter parking on Denne Road, Car park behind Drill Hall is open after business hours and Piries Place with a short walk down Denne Road.

Unitarian Church Hall Directions:  On Worthing Road, opposite Horsham Library and the main Bus Station.  Walk round the church on the path to the right hand side to the hall door at the rear.

Unitarian Church Hall Parking: Disabled access parking is in the church car park through the argos delivery yard.
