In 2010 and 2011, instructor Nicola Jones worked with the ‘South Dublin Senior Citizens Club’ in Crumlin, Dublin 12, providing weekly Tai Chi for Seniors classes. Nicola has recently relocated back to the UK and offers courses in the West Sussex region.
Tai Chi is low impact, making it a great exercise for senior citizens. Combined with deep breathing, expansion and compression of the joints, Tai Chi also helps to naturally strengthen bones and muscle, vital for the older generations.
