Chen Style Tai Chi in Findon Valley, West Sussex

Try our beginner Chen style Tai Chi classes in Worthing.  We teach Foundations 18 Form and Laojia Yi Lu.  Instructor Nicola will work with you giving guidance and advice on Tai chi posture and movement.We teach 8 week courses, listed here, or drop-in Tai Chi and Qigong classes on Tuesdays at 7.15pm.

 

There are currently no new beginner Tai Chi classes in Findon Valley, Worthing.

 

Course – Chen 18 Form

Course: Silk Reeling Energy, 18 Form (third section)
Level: Improvers
Pre-requisite: Students have completed up to Hidden Hand Punch
Time: 8.15pm – 9.15pm
Dates: Tuesday 9 September  – 28 October 2014
Duration: 8 Weeks
Fee: £56 in advance or £9 pay as you go
Venue/Map/Directions: All Saints Church Hall, Findon Valley, Worthing

 

Terms

Payment Method Drop-in: Cash on the day

Payment Method Advance: Cash, PayPal, Bank Transfer to be received one week before the course commences.

Booking: Please book in advance via the booking form below, class numbers capped at 12 students

Experience: No experience is necessary, suitable for any age*, fitness level or physical condition, everyone is welcome.

*Please note all courses are open to adults from the ages of 18+, there is a waiting list for junior Tai Chi classes.  Please contact Nicola for more details.
