Distance Learning Group Lessons via Skype

Whether you live in the UK or in Europe, we teach meditation to small groups of up to 6 students using Skype and/or online web conference call/chat.  Learn easy and effective methods to calm the mind, reduce tension and relax the body from the comfort of your own home.  We teach ancient Taoist meditation methods to help you towards regular meditation practice.   Instructor Nicola is passionate about sharing these practices for health, happiness and wellbeing.

Our Meditation Syllabus Covers:

Nourish through Breath

  • Regulate, lengthen and deepen the breath using effective breathing methods and visualisations based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
  • A live online course;  1 hour per week over a 4 week duration.
  • Cost; £28.

Inner Smile Meditation

  • The Inner Smile; cleansing the five yang organs of the body through visualisation and deep breathing.
  • A live online course;  1 hour per week over a 6 week duration.
  • Cost; £42.
  • Includes guided meditation, Q&A session, homework, mp3 audio files and meditation hand-out.

Micro-cosmic Orbit Meditation

  • The Microcosmic Orbit; opening the points of the Ren Mai and Du Mai channels in the body for health, happiness and longevity.
  • A live online course;  1 hour per week over a 6 week duration.
  • Cost; £42.
  • Includes guided meditation, Q&A session, homework, mp3 audio files and meditation hand-out.
  • Pre-requisite: The inner smile meditation course.
Group Meditation Lesson Details

Nicola’s aim is to help you reach a more relaxed and calm state of mind. As you develop a regular meditation practice, you will notice how beneficial this is within your daily life. You may feel more grounded, less aggravated, not as irritable, your emotions can start to level out, you are able to deal with stress better, find it easier to fall asleep quicker, stay asleep and sleep deeper, you find more balance within personal and professional relationships, your heart rate and blood pressure may lower and you may find you have more clarity, focus and clear thinking for decisions.  These are only some of the benefits of regular meditation practice.   Find mental balance and physical ease in your life, Nicola would love to show you how.

Your meditation instructor Nicola Jones will guide you through the method of each meditation practice, detailing what, why and how, to best encourage you to learn the practice to use at home. The group will consist of a maximum of 6 students, working together online either via Skype or through web conferencing.

For the meditation please find a space where you won’t be disturbed.   Bring a chair into this space, wear loose fitting clothes and avoid sitting in a draught or near a window/door.

  • Access to computer speakers or hands-free option needed, not suited to headphones.
  • UK students: Pre-payment required via Paypal or bank transfer.
  • EU students: Pre-payment required via Paypal only.
  • Your place is reserved once payment has been received.
  • Part refunds are permitted with 24 hours notice of cancellation.
  • Please note a £5 administration charge will be debited from the full cost of any refunds given.
