In April 2014 we will be celebrating World Tai Chi and Qi Gong day in Horsham Park. Come along and join in on our free event, open to everyone to take part in a Tai Chi and Qigong class in the open air. If you haven’t tried out these ancient Chinese exercises, this is a great way to see what’s involved and meet instructor Nicola. Bring your friends and some sunshine.
The last Saturday in April is marked as a day to join students and instructors from across the globe, to celebrate our love of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. There is no need to book, find us in the Sensory Garden in Horsham Park, next to the Conservatory Cafe.
