Hello and welcome to Earth Balance Tai Chi. With instructor Nicola, learn how to combine graceful deliberate movements with a concentrated mind and deep breathing. There are many health and wellbeing benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong practice, which include:

At the end of a lesson when a student is grinning from ear to ear with childlike excitement, those moments are to be cherished.”  Myschool is open to private students on the Isle of Wight, I also private tuition online and group classes online through Zoom and Skype, teaching ‘mindful movements’ online from my home to yours.  Sharing Chen Tai Chi, Qigong and Taoist meditation with a community of students who embrace the Classical Chinese arts.  My lessons are open to everyone, no matter age, physical restriction or fitness level, all abilities are welcome. Historical Class Information
