Changes are coming! My Patreon community page is expanding to bring together all of my students and our Tai Chi Qigong community group into one place. This means all livestream and private students will join the Hibernating Bear students over on Patreon. I made the decision to remove advertising from this website, to improve the ease of reading and navigation, which means we are now fully reader supported. Patreon tiers start from £3 per month + VAT, which is the base level for friends of the school who enjoy the content I publish on my website and wish to say thank you with a cup of my favourite nettle tea. Thank you to all new patrons, your ongoing support goes towards creating new content on the website and YouTube. I will be sharing resources, exclusive content, video classes, tips and research to help support my students on their movement and stillness journey.
