Hello and welcome to Earth Balance Tai Chi. With instructor Nicola, learn how to combine graceful deliberate movements with a concentrated mind and deep breathing. There are many health and wellbeing benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong practice, which include:

Instructor Nicola teaches one to one private/online tuition via SKYPE/facebook video call. She teaches a small community of Tai Chi and Qigong students who truly embrace the ethos of the Classical Chinese arts.  The lessons are open to everyone, no matter age, physical restriction or fitness level.
