This monthly online livestream will cover movement and stillness practices that give insight into natural ways to aid the physical and psychological impact of living in pain. Instructor Nicola has distilled her professional Tai Chi and Qigong experience to create this unique syllabus for those that wish to be active in their self-care management programme. Detox through Movement
Activating the lymph system through movement.

Expansion and compression of the joint system for improved health. Looking at the major joints and the spine.

Healthy Soft Tissue Movement
Gentle and powerful spiralling movements to lengthen the connective tissue, relax the fascia and strengthen the muscles.

Awareness, Posture & Alignment
Training body awareness through movement and stillness as a skill. The importance of physical symmetry. Protecting the weak points and strengthening problem areas.

Working through challenges and struggle in the learning process with kindness. Movement and stillness compassion exercises. Introduction to meditation practice.

Session Duration:  1.5 hour (combination of movement, stillness, listening, doing and presentation).

Ticket Cost:  The cost is £12 per person per session.

Ticket Payments: Debit or credit card via Paypal only (you do not need a Paypal account).

Participation: It is encouraged to engage in the lesson using a microphone and/or webcam, there is the option to watch and follow only.

Terms: No changes or cancellations permitted. Ticket only valid for the date booked. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any internet drop out that you experience during the livestream.

Your Location: We are based in the UK and operate on either GMT or BST time zones. Lessons are available globally.

Suited To: These lessons are open to beginner level students upwards, where no experience is needed. Everyone is welcome from 18 years to 80 plus.

Medical History: All students must advise of any limitations or pre-existing conditions that may prevent them from engaging safely in Tai Chi and Qigong via email in advance of the livestream. Our privacy policy is noted here.

Terms of Online Purchases

Technology: We use Zoom as a platform to teach. Please avoid using the browser version as this creates a lag with audio/video. Please use the application, best suited to a laptop or home PC. Mobile devices are not suitable for the livestream. You need to be able to watch and follow with ease, using a good screen size that is not held in your hand.  Please download and test the Zoom app prior to the start of class.

Requirements: Highspeed broadband internet connection, computer microphone, computer speakers. Web camera is optional.

Bookings: Once you have purchased this product, instructor Nicola will contact you with the livestream link.

Legal: We are based in the UK and governed by UK jurisdiction.
