Online Tai Chi & Qigong for Health

Interaction: We all meet at the beginning with webcams and microphones on for an informal hello and welcome. Microphones are muted during the lesson. The class is open to questions at any time through the chat or by unmuting your microphone.
Suited To: Everyone welcome. No experience needed. Ages from 18 years to 80 plus.
Space: You don’t need much room, enough to step once or twice in any direction whilst moving your arms to the side and over-head.

Online Lessons Caveat: Please note that tutoring Tai Chi and Qigong online is not a replacement for face to face tuition, with hands on guidance and corrections. These classes are for students who are unable to attend a public class.
Medical History: As with all medical conditions, injuries and/or ill-health, please consult with your Doctor prior to starting a class. Tai Chi, Qigong and Meditation are not a replacement for conventional medical treatment.
Terms: No changes or cancellations permitted. Ticket only valid for the date booked. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any internet drop out that you experience during the livestream.
Technology: We use Zoom. It is best to download and use the programme, as the browser version has a lag with audio/video. Best suited to a laptop or home PC. Mobile devices are not suitable for the livestream. You need to be able to watch and follow with ease, using a good screen size that is not held in your hand. Please download and test the Zoom app prior to the start of class.
Requirements: Highspeed broadband internet connection, computer speakers and a microphone.
