Online Qigong Classes

Spine Qigong Class
Join our cross continent Zoom class focusing on spine health with students of Earth Balance Tai Chi in Europe and Long Island Tai Chi from the United States. Instructor Nicola will guide you through a variety of nourishing movements that open the spine, loosen the joints, soften physical tension and soothe the nervous system. This class is the ultimate self care tool for relaxation and release.

Online Qigong Classes via Zoom.
An introduction to the ancient Qigong routine of the ‘Five Animals’, known as Wu Qin Xi. Join our online livestream covering the 10 animal postures over a 6 week course. Learn to imitate the animals characteristics and movements for health preservation. This Qi Gong routine is dated circa 25-220 A.D., with the source attributed to Hua Tuo, a Classical Chinese Medicine doctor from the Eastern Han Dynasty. Beginners welcome to join, open to all levels to practice together. Join anytime, each lesson is a stand alone class.

Learn the signature Chen style body mechanics, principles of movement, silk reeling drills, Zhan Zhuang and the empty hand forms. This online private class is for the type of person who enjoys being engaged in the learning process and active in their training.

Learn Chen style Tai Chi silk reeling energy exercises via Zoom with instructor Nicola. This series of repetitive spiralling qigong movements develop integrated strength, body awareness, unity in movement, co-ordination, stability, balance, dynamic relaxation, grounding and breath work. They are the foundation movement of Chen style Tai Chi and are also known as Chan Si Gong. The movements are a great training ground to develop the principles of movement and body mechanics of Chen style.
