This three month livestream will cover the 10 animal postures, learn to imitate the animals characteristics and movements for health preservation. This Qi Gong routine is dated circa 25-220 A.D., with the source attributed to Hua Tuo, a Classical Chinese Medicine doctor from the Eastern Han Dynasty. Learn the popular Ba Duan Jin Qigong routine over this 6 week course. A foundation level routine for all levels. New beginners are especially encouraged to join this course, as it is one of the easiest routines to learn and is a great introduction to Qigong as a movement system. Learn the movement choreography, structural alignment, applied relaxation and expansive lengthening.
