The Eight Pieces of Brocade / Ba Duan Jin consists of eight movements as a basis for Qi Gong practice. We guide the body using the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) through opening and closing movements, to dredge, regulate and circulate Qi and blood flow in the internal body. We combine motion and stillness aiming to preserve health, calm the mind and strengthen the body.
The duration of this course is 8 x approx 1 hour and 15 minute live stream classes, totalling 10 hours of tuition. You can watch the videos on any device through Vimeo whether mobile or PC desktop, or download them as MP4 files to watch offline. Available in High Definition 1080p.
