Join our weekly evening classes in Newport on the Isle of Wight. Learn traditional Tai Chi and Qigong movements in a friendly and welcoming community class. Each class is a stand alone lesson, what we call ‘casual study’. You can dip in and out of the classes as you wish or come regularly to develop and refine your movements. Instructor Nicola will guide you through a variety of loosening exercises, breath work techniques, Tai Chi and Qigong movements, stillness principles and movement body method. Helping you towards improving your quality of physical life whilst supporting your mental health. This class is open to all levels of students, all fitness levels and any age. New beginners are encouraged to join anytime.
