Chen Tai Chi is a powerful internal martial art that combines slow movements, silk reeling spirals, dynamic stances with deep breathing, mind intent and martial spirit. The Chen 18 Form is suited to beginner students as a simplified version of the Chen 74 Form, known as Laojia Yi Lu. It has all of the elements of traditional Chen style Tai Chi, yet takes less time to learn as the sequence is shorter and easier to follow.
The course duration totals approx 17 hours of recorded livestream lessons and a complete routine performance video. You can watch the videos on any device through video on demand via Patreon. Available in High Definition 1080p.
