LESSON FORMAT – Option 2: Lesson + Notes/Homework
What is included in the lesson?
- The cost of this class includes a one hour live online tuition with instructor Nicola.
- These classes are interactive and are a mixture of instructor demonstration, student observation, practice and correction.
- Within the lesson, we work within the small space of the web cam view.
- The bulk of your practice and exploration is done outside of the online class.
What is included outside of the lesson?
- After the lesson you will be sent homework. This may be a review of the previous lesson or self-led learning to prepare for the next lesson.
- Practice.
- Upload your video to the ‘Tai Chi cloud’ and send your questions via email.
- You will receive an email with corrections and feedback.

Instructor Nicola will provide you with links to books and DVDs to purchase as a supplement to your training.
Flexibility: You have the flexibility to set the pace of learning to suit your needs. Whether monthly, bi-monthly, weekly whatever works for you and the available time you have to practice.
Online Lessons Caveat: Please note that tutoring online is not a replacement for in person classes. Silk reeling exercises should ideally be taught in a hands on manner, where movement, posture and alignment corrections are given and shown physically.

TERMS
Format: Over Zoom your instructor Nicola will guide you through 1-2-1 private tuition. The lesson will be a mixture of instructor demonstration, student observation, practice and correction. This is your lesson, so will be personalised to you.
Duration: One hour for one person.
Advance Payment Method: Debit or credit card via the booking system. Contact Nicola for details and a link to book.
Requirements: Highspeed broadband internet connection, web camera, computer microphone, computer speakers. Your webcam must be set up and tested in advance so that your whole body is shown in the video screen with speakers and microphone working.
Terms: 24 hours notice for cancellations, no refunds within this time frame.
Legal: We are based in the UK and governed by UK jurisdiction.
