We are gathering one day after the equinox on Friday, 21 March, at 10am GMT to explore Soma Dao Qigong, with a focus on nourishing the liver and strengthening the wood element. Through graceful movements, intentional breathing, and Taoist practice, to align with the vitality of spring. Shed tension, enhance your mobility, and restore balance as we embrace this season of growth and renewal.

Duration: 1.5 hours inc Q&A.

Level: Everyone welcome. No experience needed.
Livestream: Via Zoom. Questions via the chat function during the class. Q&A after class with webcams and microphones on.
Catch Up: The livestream recording will be available to watch via video on demand for one month, the link will be sent to students after the lesson. Recording in HD 1080p.

Live Stream: We use Zoom for the livestream. It is best to download and use the app/programme, as the browser version has a lag with audio/video. Please use a desktop or laptop with a good screen size for the best experience.
