    Join our Qigong classes every Thursday morning in the heart of Shanklin town centre on the Isle of Wight. Qigong is the mother practice of Tai Chi. It is easier to learn than Tai Chi as a  beginner and focuses on supporting health and wellbeing through movement. It is an ancient Chinese exercise system performed standing up and moving around, with slow controlled integrated body movements and coordinated breath work. Learn how to improve your posture, develop balance and stability, strengthen your muscles, stabilise the joints, mobilise your connective tissue, release physical tension and calm the mind.
