BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR MIND & BODY HEALTH
Instructor Nicola provides authentic Tai Chi and Qigong training in a drop-in community class. You will learn the power of integrated body movements, with an aligned posture and deep breathing. Nicola's teaching style focuses on learning by method not mimic. Every movement has a purpose, whether postural health, physiological health or Traditional Chinese medicine.
Each lesson is stand alone, it does not matter if you miss a week or more, you are welcome to attend when suits. Regular attendance will help you establish a home practice. This class is inclusive, open to all abilities and levels of students, everyone is welcome, whether seated or standing.
