In May and July I will be giving a series of Hypermobility syndromes Zoom classes, introducing Tai Chi and Qigong to the members of the 'Hypermobility Syndromes Association". This is a wonderful opportunity to share Tai Chi and Qigong as effective self management strategies to manage the symptoms of hypermobility. I will pass on my professional and personal experience of how the practices can support the hypermobile body. I live with a hypermobile condition which has an impact on every aspect of my daily life. To all the bendy people out there, travel with hope.
