From October 2010 to December 2015, instructor Nicola taught Chen Tai Chi, Qigong, Qigong for Women and Taoist Meditation drop-in classes, study courses and weekend workshops in Dublin, Ireland and Horsham, Crawley and Worthing in West Sussex and Brighton in East Sussex.

Instructor Nicola teaches the Classical Chinese arts, passing on how to combine graceful deliberate movements with a concentrated mind and deep breathing. Practicing regular Tai Chi and Qi Gong can help;

Qigong for Women CircleMy name is Nicola, I am the owner of Earth Balance Tai Chi – School of Internal Martial Arts & Qi Gong.  I am passionate about Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Taoist Meditation, and how I can share these techniques as a holistic health system.
