The Five Stems of Qigong Mini Course

A silent practice, follow along by mimicking the general shape. Becoming centred & grounded through slow movement and deep breathing.

Fostering a good alignment, developing your structure and improving posture. Follow the concept of building a mountain from the ground up.

An introduction to the body method to turn the waist and rotate the spine in a structured way. Learning how to move from the inside out, rather than the outside in.

The unique way we move in Qigong is not stretching or forcing shapes. We follow the method of pandiculation, a cat like movement when waking from sedentary and similar to a human yawning.

Learn the gentle power of state shifting, to simply be in your body and move with your body. Learn the art of true relaxation.
