Each year I teach a voluntary course to a local health support group, to share the value of Tai Chi and Qigong movements as a way to help support overall health and wellbeing. I work closely with two private students who live with Parkinsons Disease (PD), and have seen first hand how frequent and accurate practice can aid the symptoms. The Classical Chinese arts are accessible to everyone, no matter of age or physical condition. I am delighted to have the chance to teach the group and am looking forward to meeting everyone. With thanks to the PD Support Group for helping me organise this free event.
