Qi Gong for Health Preservation
The Five Animals Qi Gong / Wu Qin Xi is a Taoist physical exercise system of ten animal postures from the tiger, deer, bear, monkey and crane. Where the characteristics, spirit and physical movements of the animals are mimicked. Associated with the five element phases in Traditional Chinese Medicine to balance the elements of wood, fire, earth, metal and water. The movements integrate the whole body and are dynamic and energising to perform.
Join our Thursday evening class on Zoom and learn the complete routine over a three month period. Don't worry if you miss a class as catch up is on demand available for one month via video on demand. Learn directly with instructor Nicola via web camera and receive feedback to help develop your posture, alignment, smooth motion, breath work and the principles of movement. Take a positive step towards building a resilient mind and flexible body with Qi gong. Suitable for all ages and beginners are welcome.

- 21, 28 March and 4, 11, 18, 25 April 2024.
- This Qigong is on rotation and will run for 6 weeks. The complete set of movements will be taught over the course.
