Online Breath Work Meditation

Join our virtual summer solstice gathering for a nourishing dose of powerful breath work. Learn to relax mentally, release physical tension and balance the heart-mind. The height of summer is governed by the heart and the fire element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it's a time to celebrate expansion and lightness. Learn to soften the heart and regulate the breath to aid health, happiness and longevity.

All our welcome to join this evening session, from young to old. The session will be seated and lying down. Instructor Nicola will guide you through the methods via Zoom livestream, sharing easy to learn methods that you can take into daily life. Discover the power of deepening and regulating the breath, and the physiological effects this has on mind and body. The livestream recording will be available to watch on catch up for one month on Vimeo.

Date: Thursday 22 June 2023 (one day later than the UK solstice).

Time: 6pm - 7.30pm UK time zone.

Cost: ÂŁ15 per household on one Zoom login.
