Join instructor Nicola's online community and take a positive step towards your personal health. Instructor Nicola teaches from her home to yours, and the classes are designed for small spaces with pets most welcome!
These classes are interactive, with student web cams on, to receive feedback and guidance through the lesson. Do not worry, you will not feature in the class recording.

Spring Term Dates x 8 weeks: TBA - 8 Energy Circle Walking
Day/Time: Fridays at 09.45 - 11.00am.
Class Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes.
