Join our virtual earth Qigong for women classes to explore healthy powerful movements for physical resilience and mental ease. This qigong routine is for all levels of students and is a great way to improve the efficiency of all body functions, from hormone to digestion and lymph flow. Learn how to calm the mind and settle the central nervous system whilst moving slowly and deliberately with intention. Join instructor Nicola's online community and take a positive step towards your personal health. Instructor Nicola teaches from her home to yours, and the classes are designed for small spaces with pets most welcome!

The YANG subscription classes are interactive, with student web cams on, to receive feedback and guidance through the lesson. The classes will also be available on demand to watch on Vimeo for one month. The YIN subscription is a more affordable way to join in. This gives you offline access to the class recordings on Vimeo, and an invitation to our private networking group where you can ask questions and connect with your peers. Both YIN and YANG subscription students also get access to the school video library, which has the complete Earth Qigong for Women routine available on Vimeo on demand, to watch in HD 1090px anytime through your device.

Day/Time: Fridays at 09.45 - 11.00am.

Schedule: September to November 2023.

Class Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes.
